Dios Mio! Not another Costa Rica blog!

Si….pero, this blog is going to be muy differente!  This blog is for (pero no limitado a) todo the Hippies, Rastas, Rainbow Family, Tantra people, yogis, gurus, curanderos, CouchSurfers, eco-heads, activists, art whores, live music groupies, Burners, NGO people, nuts-and-berries eating people, artistas, voluntarios, social entrepreneurs, and Pachamama’s in Costa Rica, as well as anyone else who dances to their own song.

Tica-lish, to my knowledge, is the only Costa Rican blog written in fluent Spanglish.  Por que?  To be honest, I am tired of writing todo in English and then having to traducir al español (it takes me para siempre!) 

Secondly, Tengo la esperanza for this blog to become a local, expat and “visitors” resource for todo lo relacionado con alternative and holistic vida in Costa Rica, esto incluye pero no se limita a:

• Artsy-fartsy stuff (por example: muestra de arte, fashion shows, películas, etc.)
• Anything to do with música en vivo—from classical to reggae to electronica to opera
• Funky festivals and eventos
• Alternative living, recreation, events, and workshops
• Anything GREEN—from featuring Businesses Verdes to outstanding eco-proyectos
• Anything fun, enlightening or different.
